Some changes...

We decided to replace the wall mounted propane fireplace with a pellet stove, so it would be warmer downstairs for the kids, and us. Tim removed the old fireplace and put up a faux stone panel behind and re-did the hearth (repaired a broken corner, painted and put a molded edge around). The pellet stove is great and it is comfortably warm down there now!
