{ Since we were at the baseball field at her birthday time, we had a piece of Starbuck's raspberry pound cake to put her candle in...she loved it! }

{ Ava, I can't believe that you are 7 already! This year, your birthday fell on Social Weekend at the ball field, so we took a piece of pound cake and a candle and celebrated at the truck in the parking lot at your exact time of birth, which is 11:40 am.  You were 7 lbs. 8 ozs. and 19 in. long.  We had your party early, over Memorial Day weekend since we could get everyone together then..you had so much fun with your friends!  I made strawberry lemondade and cinnamon toast crunch cupcakes for dessert....not bad if I do say so myself!!  Happy Birthdy, Bean, We love you!!!! }

 

{ Also for Ava's birthday, she picked the Japanese Steakhouse in the Galleria for dinner.  She loves the habachi grill, and we told them it was her birthday, so she got her own piece of cake, which may I just say, she did not share even one bite. Not one. }
