{ The Dutch Classic 2014 }

On Sunday, February 16 Ava competed at the Dutch Classic in Reading, Pa.  Their start time wasn't until 5:30 pm, with school and work scheduled the next day!! They were pretty much on time though, and it went pretty well.  Stacy was able to come out and watch her as well, which was great!! Ava did a great job on floor, beam, and vault (those uneven bars gave her a bit of difficulty, but she fought for it!)  She needed to get a 35.000 All Around score in order to qualify for States in April...and it came down to beam...she needed something like 7.900 to qualify...I could barely watch I was so nervous (she had fallen off of the beam at her last meet, and her warm up was shakey-jake!!) But she did a beautiful routine and nailed it with a 9.200!!!!  So her All-Around was 35.225!!! We are so proud of you, Bean!!!
