Oatmeal pie...

I had this pie at the Jean Bonnet Tavern in Bedford, Pa and it was divine, so I asked them for the recipe and they printed it out for me...

So easy and so delicious...

I did have to bake it for closer to 45-50 minutes for it to "set" properly and brown on top...
