a cake from Jen a few weeks after the big day, complete with "over the hill" stickers and a balloon that told me to "die"!..not really, just the word "oldie" cut off :)

well, 'm officially 40 years old.  there.  I've said it.

I'm actually pretty ok with it.  I have a wonderful family and friends, I'm healthy, I'm happy.  I'm
fit-ish and getting better...

Tim took to me a fantastic dinner at the Back Door Cafe.. our first time there... the food was absolutely incredible.. we split a rack of lamb and cauliflower roasted in an orange glaze over risotto with pine nuts... so yummy..oh, and cheesecake for dessert.

then we stopped in at Harrigan's and also RJ's ... wonderful evening.. thanks Hon!

Here's to the next 40.... or so...
