a fun-filled day...

this morning we got up, had a great breakfast of eggs, pancetta, and toast; threw the bikes in the back of the truck, and headed to the beach

we rode for over an hour on the beautiful Isle of Palm beach...picking up shells, watching dogs play in the surf, and having a fantastic time...

then we headed over to Shem Creek and rented some kayaks and hit the inlet...

paddled to a small island and walked around picking up some fantastic shells; saw dolphins swimming in the inlet, and thoroughly enjoyed our morning!!  And captured some great pictures and video with his GoPro camera...
