Splash Lagoon

Ava was a bit timid at first, but once she found out how much fun it was, she didn't mind getting wet at "Monkey Shine Island", where she and I spent most of the day.

We took a trip to Splash Lagoon in Erie on Friday, December 11. We left at 6 am and had smooth travel until just outside of Erie, where we ran into white-out conditions. It slowed us down a bit, but we arrived a little after 10 am. We were at the water park all day (they keep it 84 degrees in there, yeah!). We went to dinner at Quaker Steak & Lube and then the boys decided to go back to the water park for some more slides until the park closed!!
