{ Make-Overs }

A few weekends ago we decided it was time to re-paint Ava's room and the spare bedroom.  Ava's room was a very pale green and was showing a lot of wear-and-tear and the spare room was very, um, rich Pepto-Bismol type of pink (this room was originally Ava's nursery when we first moved it, so it was pretty at the time, sort of).   Ava's room is now a soft pink/purple color which is perfect for her and goes well with the netting that she got for Christmas that hangs over her bed.  The spare room is a soft, silvery blue.  We also got a new bed/mattress/comforter set as we had a daybead in there that I had since college... didn't mind seeing that thing go!  We also go new curtains and lamps...the room looks so fresh and light...love it!
